As the course was dual branded, we liaised with all parties to ensure that the look and feel was acceptable to all. Using Plan branding as the basis, we also incorporated some elements from UNGEI. The content was dense so required an extensive content design and learning design stage to help make it more accessible and engaging for learners, whilst still retaining the key learning. We also produced a wide range of creative assets for this course, including infographics to help visualise key learning; short case study animations to demonstrate links between the content and its real-life application; additional reading publications to streamline the main narrative of the course; and a diverse range of illustrated characters to complement the key messages of the course and capture the youthful and fun look and feel that the client sought to achieve. 

Rather than locking the navigation, we added a prompt to inform the learner if they have missed something. This could be bypassed and avoided any locked navigation frustration. It is something we now include on most of our Articulate Storyline courses.  

Once the English course was finalised, we sent the course content off for translation into French. We started by creating a glossary of terms to ensure the key terms were translated accurately and consistently. The Plan team had regular review points and selected the French voiceover artists from our roster. The Spanish was commissioned six months later and followed the same process.
