We provide a no-catch, no-sales, free consultation for digital learning projects aligned to the 2030 UN Sustainable Development Goals.

What can you expect from a digital learning consultation?

The first step is for us to ask what you would like to discuss. It can be helpful to have a general conversation about getting started with digital learning, or you may prefer a more detailed discussion about a specific aspect of your project. This information helps us assign the right consultant to you. They will then reach out to schedule a consultation, either over the phone or online.

We’d recommend scheduling 30-45 minutes initially, and we can follow up later if needed. To clarify, we never attempt to sell you any products or services during this time unless you specifically request it. If you would like, we can share our screens to show you samples of our work or even share impressive projects completed by others. We do often get asked about budget requirements, and while we are happy to discuss the potential costs of products and services during the consultation, please note that these figures can only be indicative until we have thoroughly scoped your project.

What can you expect after a digital learning consultation?

You won’t hear from us again unless you request a follow-up or more information. We do not sign you up for a mailing list, aggressively pursue leads, or share your information with third parties. We are happy to provide any additional information you request, but we will only send what you ask for.

Why do we offer free consultations?

I learned the value of honest and free advice during my first full-time job. After just three months as a sales agent for a car rental company, I started achieving the best results in the region with this approach to customer service. I never tried to sell anything, I just found out about the customer and what they needed. I would then present the options and explain pros and cons, allowing them to come to their own decision based on having all relevant information.

Later on I became the company’s youngest manager and increased branch sales by 200%. On the back of that, I was asked develop and deliver sales training – my first taste of working in L&D. I shared my focus on simply providing excellent service with honest and free advice.

That’s what I expected as a customer, and it was clear that our customers valued this, too as sales grew significantly on the foundation of repeat and referred business.

I’ve applied the same philiosophy with Spokes Education and a free consultation is just part of that. Of course we hope you will consider us if and when you, or someone you know, need support in creating digital learning. If it doesn’t lead to anything then the knoweldge that we have helped others doing good in the world is reward enough!
