Connex had an existing learning platform for their customers, utilising LearnDash for WordPress. They were looking for a new system that was more suitable for their needs, along with a managed service. Connex also required a number of new courses developing.
We gathered platform requirements and subsequently recommended a move from LearnDash to LearnWorlds. The platform offered everything needed with more flexibility at a much lower cost. Once the platform was established, we migrated 100+ courses from LearnDash to LearnWorlds, exporting all assessments and other H5P content, recreating course content in Articulate Rise, and publishing to SCORM. We simultaneously built a series of new courses, having established a new template in Rise to make all courses, both old and new, consistent and up to date.Â
Beyond the implementation of the system and development of new courses, we also manage and maintain their platform. This includes user and course management, responding to incoming queries and providing technical support.
We have saved Connex money by reducing their hosting and support costs, while improving their service levels by providing an average resolution time of under 30 minutes. What started as a short consultancy had led to a long-standing and successful partnership.
